Refund Policy
Last updated August 22, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to professional fees invoiced by B2 Filing and paid by card or other methods we enable. It is designed for a US business-formation consultancy serving international clients.
Before work begins
If you cancel an unpaid invoice, no charge is due. If you pay and we have not yet started preparation (no documents reviewed, no draft filing created), you may request a full refund of our professional fee within 7 days of payment.
After work begins
Once we have reviewed your intake, prepared forms, or submitted a filing, professional fees are earned and non-refundable except where required by law or where we failed to perform the contracted service due to our error.
Government and third-party fees
State filing fees, registered-agent vendor fees, IRS payments, courier charges, and similar amounts paid to third parties are not refundable by B2 Filing once remitted. Those bodies set their own refund rules.
Rejected or delayed filings
Agency rejection because of a name conflict, missing client documents, or a change in government rules is not an automatic refund. We will tell you what is needed to refile. Extra government fees for a second attempt are your responsibility unless the rejection was caused by our filing error, in which case we will refile our portion at no additional professional fee.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account closure and recovery of fees plus the processor’s dispute costs.
How to request a refund
Email info@b2filing.com with your invoice number and reason. We respond within 10 business days. Approved card refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and can take several business days to appear on your statement.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
