Privacy Policy
Last updated August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how B2 Filing collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website, client portal, and payment flows. It is written for a consultancy that serves international clients and accepts card payments.
Information we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, password hash). Order data (service selected, notes, documents you upload). Billing data (invoice amounts and status). Contact form messages. Technical data (IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs).
Payment processing
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe receives the information needed to complete checkout. See Stripe’s privacy notice for how they process payment data as an independent controller or processor, depending on the transaction.
How we use information
To create and run your account, prepare filings, communicate about cases, issue invoices, detect fraud, improve the site, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (securing the portal, preventing abuse), consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation (tax and bookkeeping).
Sharing
We share information with government agencies when you instruct us to file, with registered-agent or similar vendors you authorize, with Stripe for payments, with hosting and email providers that process data on our behalf, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep case files and invoices for as long as needed to provide the Services and to satisfy tax, audit, and limitation-period requirements, then delete or anonymize when those purposes end.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you may object to certain processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email info@b2filing.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (NextAuth session) and, if configured, similar cookies required for checkout. The announcement bar uses local storage on your device only.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
